1. Activity understanding/planning

• Service content : shooting plan formulation, process planning, communication and coordination with event organizers

  • Shooting plan formulation and process planning : Plan the shooting process in advance to ensure that the shooting goes smoothly and that every important moment is not missed.

  • Communicate and coordinate with event organizers : Communicate fully with the organizers to understand the details of the event and ensure that the shooting plan can perfectly match the needs of the event.

2. Filming

• Services : Photographer, photography equipment (including lenses, lighting, etc.)

  • Photographer and lighting : Professional photographers can capture every wonderful moment of the event and make the video effects unforgettable.

  • Photographic equipment and lighting equipment : High-end photographic equipment and lighting equipment ensure video quality and enhance the overall event review effect.

• Position : Photographer, videographer, event drone photographer

• Price :

  • First 2 hours : HKD 2,000+ per hour

  • Every hour thereafter : HKD 500+ per hour

Equipment transportation: Professional equipment is not just about "grabbing a camera and going out"

• A complete set of event photography equipment (professional camera, lens, stabilizer, lighting, and sound equipment) weighs at least 15-20kg and is bulky, making it impossible to “shoot as soon as you arrive” like with a mobile phone.

• We will use shockproof boxes + moisture-proof boxes for transportation and purchase equipment insurance , which are all hidden costs.

On-site setup: Do you think you can just turn on the camera and shoot? In fact, it takes at least 30 minutes to prepare

Site environment assessment (15-30 minutes)

• Lighting adjustment : The lighting in many event venues in Hong Kong (such as hotels, shopping malls , and exhibition halls) is yellowish or too dim, so photographers need to set up additional LED fill lights to ensure natural tones in the picture.

• Sound Test : If there are speeches or music performances at the event, a wireless microphone (SoundFeed) must be set up to avoid interference from environmental noise.

3. Post-production

• Service content : video editing, basic special effects adding, photo color grading

  • Video Editing : Professional editors can edit the event footage to make it more vivid and interesting.

  • Basic special effects addition : Appropriate special effects can add charm to the video and make it more attractive.

• Price : From HKD 2,000 to HKD 8,000 (Video)

• Usually the photographer's price includes photo color grading
